This will only give you your computers IP Address. You can check online IP here : http://www.whatismyip.com/

Check out : http://www.maxmind.com/app/geoip_country At my company we use this free utility to redirect users to the appropriate country site or languages. It can also be used to block access, such as what you want to do. It's pretty much compatible with whatever web server technology you might have, and they update the database every month or so. It's so good, it's hard to believe it's free!
meadish_sweetball Posted September 9, 2005 Posted September 9, 2005 None of the IP address location systems I know of are totally foolproof. In the latest version of GeoIP I have seen, TRUE IP's come up as Hong Kong-based.
