My Thai wifes sister and her two children would like to come to the U.S. for a visit. and possibly have the two girls 7 &9yo attend school here for awhile.

They have ther own town house in BKK and my brother in law is a high ranking police offer ther. He does not seem to think he will meet the finacial requirements.

So I thought that maybe I could sponsor them (sister inlaw and children). He will stay back in BKK while they are here.

Anyone have any experiance doing something like this before? I could use any info and a starting point. I'm here in Los Angeles right now but do have property in BKK and CM.

What type of visa should I apply for?
