Us Or Canadian Telemarketer

We need a U.S. or Canadian born telemarketer to collect information for use by the Sales and Marketing team in lead qualification and market research efforts. The specialist will possess strong outbound telephone skills and have experience following scripts. The ideal candidate will have extensive skills in working with people, as he or she will be the first impression many potential customers will have. The Telemarketer must have excellent interpersonal skills and be polite, patient, and professional on all calls.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Cold-call prospects from a list of contacts and identify any/all relevant stakeholders and/or potential buyers

* Through web searches, identify and contact potential customers in designated target markets.

* Engage prospects in a discussion through the use of open-ended questioning

* Effectively navigate corporate hierarchies to identify key players

* Collect and record information regarding the prospects and programs in accordance to a comprehensive list of qualifying questions

* Update contact information and input data into the Sales CRM

We provide a great working environment, in Bangkok conveniently located near Phyathai BTS, and work permits are available. This would suit someone who is teaching English at the moment, but wants to do something a bit more interesting, and have flexible work patterns.
