Lawyer Needed For Document Certification

Can anyone recommend a Lawyer that can certify a copy of my passport for a financial institution, preferably on the Hang Dong side of the city.

Have tried google and called several that "speak English" Sorry sir speak English just a little bit seems to be the about all they can say in English no better than my Thai unfortunately.

some financial institutions require an apostilled copy, which you cant get here, next best thing is a certified copy from your home consulate.

I recently had my passport certified by my bank for a financial institution. they accepted that.

Australian Honorary Consulate in Chiang Mai will not do it, lawyer certified is all I need thanks will call them.
