There are currently 20 full-time staff in place, with approximately 5 staff employed on a part-time basis. Monthly salaries total 100,000 Baht for the full-time employees; however there are also a number of massage therapists who are employed on a commission only basis. The current owner feels that marketing has been a weakness and believes that there is a great deal of potential to increase sales, particularly for the restaurant, through a more concentrated marketing effort.
