Finding A Twin-Gear Juicer In Thailand

Where in Thailand are you? I've seen juicers in Central Pattaya as well as most bigger supermarkets.

Hey Phil,

Thanks for responding. I am in northern Thailand and I've seen some juicers here also, at Big C. They have Moulinex and a few others, but each one is the cutting type of juicer. These are fine for carrots and other solid items, but not so good for leafy vegetables like kale, for instance.

I need a twin-gear juicer which runs at slower rpms and simulates mastication. The vegetables are crushed between the two gears, hence you get more juice extracted per item. Since the rpms are lower, neither the machine nor the vegetables nor the juice are heated up. Therefore, no nutrients are damaged or lost.

Here is an example of a twin-gear juicer:

And this link shows what the gears look like:

Thanks for trying to help.

They have a Green Star juicer at Baan Suan Pak health food store in Chiang Mai. Asking price is 20k baht.... Might have some discount potential. It's offered by consignment so would have to negotiate with the consigner and not the shop owner.

They also have a Samson juicer for 13K baht.

Thank you so much for this. Great tip!
