hi all how long did you wait for your indefinite leave to remain visa while in the uk. please add your outcomes times here for postal apps only. please also inform us successful or not. i dont know if this topics allowed 7by7 feel free to edit it if need be. the reason im posting this is because im getting mixed messages of prtcessing times. some 6 months some 4 weeks. so lets see what other people on this forums times are. please be remindedf only add if you applied in the uk by post. cheers.

No problem with the topic; but remember that past performance is no guarantee of present or future performance.

Like visa processing times, the major factor is how many applications are ahead of you in the queue; apply at a quiet time and it will be processed quickly, apply at a busy time and it will take longer.

My wife and step-daughter's ILR applications were processed within three months. Applied November, received back January; but that was November 2001 and January 2002, so I don't know if it helps. A lot has changed since then!
