Flash500
Hi All, I am 48 years old, British and coming to work in thailand in November for a UK company permanently. Few Questions if any one can help: 1.What is the difference between immigrant, non-immigrant and tourist visas and which one will I need. 2.Will I need a work permit if I am working for and paid by UK company 3.Is there anything else I will need to keep things legal Any help would be appreciated. lopburi3
1. You will need a non immigrant B visa. Visa Types 2. Yes. 3. You need ability to obtain a work permit. If you have no local employment (local office) qualified to obtain a work permit for you it would be a good idea to start talking with one of the firms sponsoring forums for guidance.
