Moving to Chiang Mai, want to swap out our lease Oct. 1st

Pretty big townhouse (200 sq.meters, maybe).

First floor gate, driveway, small yard. Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen, back has a laundry area.

Second floor, bedroom with own bathroom. Office, with large closet, used as additional office.

Third Floor, two bedrooms, each with own bathroom. One with small deck.

Fourth Floor, One large office with deck, as wall as external large deck.

So, summary: 3 bedrooms, 4 baths. Two spacious offices that can be used for various purposes, space, etc.

On quiet cul-de-sac (Sukhumvit Soi 1/1), very quiet, very quiet neighbors. Bumrungrad Hospital is 5 min. walk, so you can get Starbucks, McD's, Au bon pain, Sushi, etc. if you want, but there is plenty of cart food around, too. Really convenient to the highway and Sukhumvit, but peaceful.

Good ADSL service, UBC, the rest. All air-con redone recently.

Pretty hands-off landlords, live in Chiang Mai.

Rent is 40k/mo.

Electric/ADSL/UBC/Water/TOT (3 lines) runs around 10k/mo. for 2 farangs and two thais, so far.
