We are a well established below the line marketing agency looking to expand in Bangkok. The company is looking for a variety of positions to be filled with a start date 1st May 2011

Account Executives – Degree educated with at least 2 years experience in sales and marketing preferably within a marketing agency. Reporting to the Account Director, you will be required to identify and source potential clients, taking detailed job specification which in turn will be used to create innovate events. The successful candidate will demonstrate good English communications skills both written and oral as well as have a committed attitude and strong work ethic.

Account Managers – Degree educated in a related subject with at least 4 years sales and marketing experience in a related company. The Account Manager will report to the expatriate Business Manager and assist in a variety of sales and marketing responsibilities. This will involve identifying and sourcing potential clients, taking detailed job specifications which in turn will be used to create innovative events. Additionally the successful candidate will need to also coordinate with their own client services team and company wide operations group to ensure marketing events are operationally executed to set performance standards while ensuring budgets are maintained to set profit margins. The successful candidate will enjoy multi tasking, following up and visiting potential and existing clients and have a true passion for marketing. In addition the successful candidate will have good English communication skills, exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills as well as have the ability to influence others and posses a strong initiative in addition to having an interesting and great personality.

Account Directors – Degree educated in a related subject with at least 6 years sales and marketing experience in a related company. The Account Director will report to the expatriate Business Manager and work in a leadership role supervising and developing a team of sales and marketing professionals as well as client service and creative team members. This will involve creating and presenting unique marketing solutions targeted to mainly fast moving consumer goods brands and ensuring execution and business development activities are continually improving and generating continued sales. The sought after Account Director will have the freedom and authority to work to form their own teams and receive support from our creative, client service and operations teams at all times to ensure they can focus their attention on running their own profit center within a young and progressive company. The Account Director will also need to ensure set financial targets are achieved, ensure training and executions are managed to very high performance levels and also continually think and create “ideas” that help of client to remain at the forefront of Thailand’s marketing services industry. The successful candidate will have a creative mind, a true ability to lead, and also enjoy prospecting and presenting to a vast variety of clients in addition to being able to work with little supervision. The Account Director will also need to have a good command of English, a great personality and exceptional presentation abilities.
