Track And Trace Not Working Anymore

Before i could track packages sent to my by first going to the US or English site and then to the Thai site and see when they would arrive. Now they just don't show up in the Thai site anymore. I have had this now with 2 parcels in a row. It could be that US parcels aren't shown and English ones are ? Even after I sign for them they don't appear in the Thai system anymore.

Does anyone have the same experience.

Thanks for the effort, just have to be patient. I buy loads of stuff on ebay ranging from fishing gear to health supplements. I like the track and trace part of it because then i know when i can expect it. But i bought some supplements in the US and the track and trace did not work same with a headset also the track and trace did not work while fishing gear from the UK seems to register wel on track and trace in Thailand.
