I came to Chiang Mai on the 4th of March and got a 15 days entry visa until the 18th of March.

I need to do a visa run because I need a total of three weeks in Thailand to complete a thai massage course.

My question is: would there be any problems in doing a visa run to Mae Sai into Myanmar(day return entry visa) on the 13th of March, in order to get 15 days upon re-entry into Thailand from that date?

By the way, I am a romanian citizen (27 years old). There are no problems with my passport.

i take it you arived overland into Thailand hence the 15 Days Yes you can go to Mea sai and get another 15 Days it will cost you 500 Bhat to Maynmar Imigration Plus you costs to get there

I arrived by plane.But I guess it makes no difference, I should be able to get another 15 days....I hope

As a Romanian national, you are on a VIsa On Arrival and get only 15 days per entry. You can only use certain borders, but Mai Sai is one of them.

I mean as a mod are you studying Visa rules etc on your own or is there a source you get all this info from or maybe your pasts have been inside an Immigration office etc?

I agree they do a great job! Some of the information is a little dated, but for the most part there is a lot of great information they use, posted in the pinned topics section. It just seems a lot people never bother to look there.
