THAIPHUKET
I am with SCB, ok for simplest transactions. DO you have a banker, who speaks reasonable English and understand, e.g buying/selling of stocks?
clinique
in my 20+years in Thailand, if you are talking about bank 'branch' staff - the answer is No. Maybe at the banks head office. But there a Brokerages owned by the banks and independent who do this work. Thai banks staff generally not.
cardholder
Why would you want to deal with a Thai bank for share dealing ?
danbradster
I asked in SCB to sign up for their stock brokerage, but they told me SCB don't offer that. It seems like they do...http://www.scbsonline.com/
danbradster
Why would you want to deal with a Thai bank for share dealing ? Any recommendation who to buy Thai stocks through? Commonwealth Bank of Australia would charge me ~3000 baht per transaction, surely a Thai bank would be more competitive than that.
