Can anyone confirm what documents are required to allow a Thai national to secure an Indian tourist visa?

The IVAC web page only mentions "Generally issued on next working day". No mention of documentation.

India Visa Application Centre

Sukhumvit 25, Sukhumvit Road ,

Wattana Bangkok 10110.

NO HAND WRITTEN APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED...
