Two arrested following tire burning incident at Central Pattaya Bank

PATTAYA: -- Two people suspected of burning old tires in from of Pattaya City Hall and a branch of the Siam Commercial Bank were arrested by Pattaya Police on Monday night. Earlier in the day a pile of burning tires was left outside the front gates of Pattaya City Hall and there were no witnesses to the incident. Later in the night two people wearing Yellow Shirts were seen to do the same thing outside the Central Pattaya Road branch of the Siam Commercial Bank, close to the ATM machines. Police did give chase at the time, but the two suspects were able to escape.
