Does anyone do this,i work in samui and work permit has address here,but need to go to phuket for 1 week every month to take staff to different jobs each day and for myself to go to meetings with new customers,but dont have an office in phuket and address and my work permit only covers me for working in samui,dont really want to have to rent a office in phuket to add an address to wp which i dont need,any info on what i can do or if anyone else does the same sort of thing,thanks.

You can get two locations or more put on your existing WP...need to talk to the labour office in Samui.

Your justification is having to meet new customers at various locations for business purposes

yes tried that they say have to have office in phuket if working there,i know you can go around thailand for meetings but i will also be driving staff around(would that count as work?)dont want to get stopped driving staff about or looking at jobs by immagration!even if i do have a work permit but only for surrathani.

I believe the labour office is not giving the correct information, my WP is issued in BKK and is applicable countrywide, no branch offices etc needed, so it can be done

It may be case they just cant be bothered.
