Why are there no lady cops? Maybe they would be more inclined to work and be less corrupt? Certainly works in my office

There Immigration female officer but no police at all.

There are a few females, but all in admin jobs in the HQ's... Basically clerks in uniform.

Doubt many make it past the lowly clerical positions. Imagine a lowly uneducated Thai man in a job that's based on being an authority and power being barked at by a woman, and allowing it.
