Hi,

I currently have a Tourist Visa valid until end of April but I plan to stay for a few months in Koh Tao.

I have already planned to extend my Visa for 30 days in Samui but wonder what is the most affordable place to get a new Tourist Visa from Koh Tao after the extension ?

Any idea where to go, how much to spend and how much time to get there ?

I was more looking for comments from people with experience of Visa trips to border from Koh Tao, seeking the less expensive way to get a new TS from there.

Go and have a chat when you are getting your extension.

You can either go to Penang or Kota Baru for your tourist visa. I prefer to go and have a few days in Penang and stock up on the goodies you can't get here

I tend to avoid the visa runners as their drivers are crazy.

If you intend to got to Penang, do not make an extension on your TR visa.

Penang will not give another TR if you extended the last one.

You are obviously not taking enough attention as if you were you would know that I already have a nice teflon one on the way and would also realise that that is where I got the beans in the first place so don't you think for 1 minute that I didn't look for a pan ? Maybe you may not have the common sense to but that isn't a problem I suffer from.
