This doesn't really effect me as we don't have a bar or shop or anything that plays music publicly, but reading through many Q & A's on TV tonight, my understanding is very confused of this "Music License" that I read bars and restaurants that play music must have.

I thought, (I have no direct reason why) that it was a Gov Music license, but Sunbelt refer to two separate licenses from two different 'publishers', does anyone care to comment if you know the facts?
