Thanks, its not really the phone bill that is an issue as i have a contract work mobile. Its the fact tat I have to PAY by credit card to speak to some agent/adviser- just wandered if there was an alternative number- ie. here you dont call tot helpline- you call the manager direct etc etc if anyone knows a number that would be great.
