I am not that familiar with the US legal system but if what you say is true, then imo it is seriously flawed. I assume that you mean the sex trafficking charge? You are displaying your bias given that the evidence has yet to be heard in court. You are asking us to feel sorry for Combs!? You are again asking us to feel sorry for Combs? You have answered your own question. I suggest that you reread your first five words of what you wrote. Yet again, you portray Combs as the victim. Unbelievable! So Ventura should be vilified and what else? Subject to prosecution? I really hope that you are posting these words as a wind-up. If so, I consider it tasteless and misplaced. However, if you are actually serious then I have no words. -

US Charles Schwab Residency?
Correctamundo! Wifi and I both have Schwab International. I fill out W-9 and show foreign residence. I can buy/sell US ETF's and stocks but cannot purchase US-registered mutual funds. No taxes withheld. I use my 1099 when I file my 1040. I pay tax in April on interest, dividends, and capital gains. Capital losses offset gains. Wifi fills out a W8-BEN and shows foreign residence. She has same purchase restriction on mutual funds. Taxes withheld (15% per DTA) on interest and dividends. NO tax on capital gains. Withheld tax automatically reported/sent to IRS. No tax return filing requirements. Her 1099 would be for recordkeeping only. (I assume this means losses cannot offset gains, but cannot confirm.) I have a link set up with my other broker, my credit union and Wise. I can push/pull online by EFT from the Schwab website. I also have a standing order set up where I can transfer cash to wifi's account. (It's possible to set up moving cash and shares in both directions.) I can sell MY holdings and pay capital gains, then gift proceeds to the wifi. She can invest in non-dividend paying ETF's, and when my remains have cooled, she can remit to Thailand as needed, with only her capital gains being assessable. -

Maybe, just maybe, the Australian was smart enough to go into hiding after doing the crime. Stayed in a friend's house, never leaving the premises until the day he had to do the runner to the airport. The police rather than wasting time in a wild goose chase chose to wait patiently for the prey to come to them. The prey was trapped and no way to run. Good hunting, boys!! -

What on Earth are you talking about? What I'm talking about is usually when we see forums like this, the "women" fighting in Pattaya are transwomen (katoys), and people always make a big thing about them being trans. This time, they are not trans, so, for me, that shows there's not a lot of difference in the actions of transwomen vs. women. Don't ladyboys fight more often (more aggressive) and do a lot more damage when they do (far stronger)? -

This month is the anniversary of the liberation of Bergen Belsen. 80 years since American and British troops found the horror of the emaciated and tortured Jews and political prisoners of the Nazis. I don't find it sexy at all. -

The Only Rule in Thailand Is: Sod Everyone Else Innit
I do on a daily basis and I get a genuine smile in return. However I live in rural Kamphaeng Phet province which, thankfully is nowhere near a tourist place, such as Pattaya or Phuket.
