Hello, currently going through an appeal case for a settlement visa for my wife and her 2 children who were refused on a few grounds. Mostly padded out and can be resolved with providing more evidence but I am a little stuck on the following point

The ECO was not satisfied that my wife lives with the children and questioned if she can be classed as having sole responsibility. The main point the ECO raised was the Household book was incorrectly translated or supplied incomplete.

From my understanding the translation is complete and should my wife and the 2 children as living at the same address, there is only one thing that I have found and would ask if anyone can help me understand the way the book works.

The first 3 pages show my wife’s mother as head of household, my wife and her brother. Now on these 3 pages under the father’s name there is no mention of dates or moved from or to it just says “*Source: from data base of civil registration”

On the following 7 pages there are details of the 2 children and under the father’s name there are dates and addresses showing where they were born and the date they moved into this address. There are also entry’s detailed when my wife’s ex moved in and out.

My question is Why would there not be a date or address from on the first 3 entry’s for head of household (wife’s mother) my wife and her brother??

Any help would be very welcome.
