NALAK Posted March 28, 2011 Share Posted March 28, 2011 you will need proof of address from immigration, thats a copy of blue book signed by owner, copy of passport with picture page and copy of latest visa stamp on tm departure card. most offices now seem to have own cameras. did mine last week and you have to the test again as in color chart, perfiferral vison, brake reaction and watch the video again. also old licence which got returned.
