Are there any hairdressers for children 1-2 year old in Bangkok??? or any recomendations?

A plastic bowl and a pair of scissors, or cheap hair clippers are widely available.

There is a good place in Seacon square (Top floor) near Yo Yo land that caters for this, 80 baht a cut and they entertain the children too. Recommended.
