April 2, 201115 yr Good news everyone, I was wondering around on the food area on the fifth floor of the Emporium and noticed to my delight that a new branch of Cinnabon has opened up there. They make tasty buns, however the buns I got had a distinct lack of the cinnamon taste I expected. Maybe I got the wrong ones, but I thought they were all meant to have cinnamon in them.
April 3, 201115 yr I tried one in Paragon a couple of months ago and was not impressed at all. I think they are rolling the dough out too thin and the resulting bun was very tough. Did I just get a bad one? I used to like Cinnabon when I was in Canada.
April 5, 201115 yr Thai's normally don't eat cinnamon flavored food. I'm surprised they opened a second branch.
April 10, 201115 yr I was glad for the heads up this I simply love Cinnabons, I used to main line 'em when in the US. Thought they were ok in Emporium but do agree that the cinnamon was a little sparse as was the topping, though they certainly weren't thin. Bit pricey, but maybe I've been here too long, will certainly have another. theoldgit

No Cinnabon should be tough. means they either cooked it too long, or it stayed out too long without enough frosting. Will report back on the setup.
April 25, 201115 yr I went to Paragon complex and it is on the 1st? floor (with the majority of food places are, near the elevators, near Dairy Queen). I can confirm that they were quite tasty, just like in the USA. But not as pricey. I guess Thais would have a harder time paying 120 baht for 1 cinnabon in USA mall. If yours was dry, you got a bad one. They should be dripping with the cinnamon/frosting mix.
