Looking to look up current PM-10 (same day) numbers. I use http://www.earthoria.com/air-pollution-levels-in-chiang-mai-rising.html now which is helpful (though not sure if it's accurate) but I like to see how it is now so I can decide to go for a bike ride etc.

I'm sure that this has been posted before but I could not find it in my searches so please don't yell at me, I'm very sensitive and have a tendency cry!

Just out of interest... what degree of BAD is good enough to go for a bike ride?
