Rain Sticks

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm looking for those sticks that have the seeds in them that sound like rain when you flip them over and the seeds fall from one end to the other. As far as i know, we foreigners call them "rain sticks". Anyway, does anyone know if they are sold at any of the walking street markets or anywhere else?

I used those in the recording studio for many years. They are not manufactured in Asia. They are manufactured in South America. I have seen them for sale in Peru and Brazil.

I sell rain sticks on my UK website. That's not a selfish plug; just to tell you that our supplier (manufacturer) is in Bali so they must be around somewhere in Asia but I have not seen them.

I have seen them in Ban Tawai. Coming into the village on the left hand side, look for shops that also sell carved masks.
