Since yesterday some foreign web site are unreachable. Has some TOT users got the same experience ?

If this is any help, and I don"t know why, but sometimes there are websites which we cannot open with Internet Explorer. But, upon switching to Firefox or Chrome the website will open.

We are on TOT.
