Got some friends doing a "mini Grand tour" in the next few weeks (4 guys) and I need a couple of alternative bits of info on travel and accomo......if anyone can post./on the ground.... :D

I have already put together a prog...but.......so...

UK>Bangkok and Hotels ...all O.K.

Best prices and airlines for Bang-Hanoi...assume TG /V-N air...any new boys?

Taxi still $20 bucks....

Hotels in Hanoi any reccos...Not.. Met-Nikko-Hilton-Horizon..and ..is "Purple Rain" up from cat linn (my old hangout) still going?

Latest on Unification prices and availability...jump off -on- Da Nang -Huw-HCM.

Hotels in HCM...again not Caravel-Nikko----poss near Cholon..

Is Appoc Now still up and running ...any new ones worth checking out...?

HCM ...Ko Samui....anyone doing Direct flights yet?

Finally need a Villa on the beach.....K.S. :D:D:o
