Hi!

I'm travelling through Asia and taking diabetes supplies with me - will refill in Thailand, and taking it with me to other South-East Asian countries.

So to make sure I don't get in trouble at customs and that the airport authorities let me take this with me in hand luggage, I have a medical certificate signed by my doctor.

I just got it translated into Chinese, and now I'm looking for a translation into Thai. Don't know if I can trust the Google translator?

So if anyone can help me doublecheck if the translations I found are meaningful, and add some where I couldn't find good ones, that'd be really helpful! Thank you very much!!
