Thai Movie, Tsunami 2022

Featured Replies

Has anyone seen the Thai movie, Tsunami 2022?

I never knew this movie existed until I saw some clips on Utube. The girlfriend told me that this movie failed miserably at the book office, but I don’t understand why?

They must have lost billions of bahts after it`s production.

Has anyone already seen this movie and if so, what did you think of it?

See clip below:

It was awful, really awful. Avoid!

It's a bad movie. Not like so bad it's good but so bad it's even worse.

They must have lost billions of bahts after it`s production.

From imdb - production cost $4,000,000 so around 120 million baht to produce. Rating 3.2/10 and no one appeared brave enough to write a review on it. :D

I kept watching thinking that it just couldn't be as bad as it was.... but it actually was.

Here are my questions:

The couple in the screen shot below were meant to be dead, but the wave hadn`t struck yet, plus her hair is not wet. So did they drown or what?

The girl is topless, so what were they doing on the beach prior to the Tsunami? Not exactly like the scene from the movie, from Now to Eternity starring Deborah Carr and Burt Lancaster.

This is obviously faked because the girl is a real stunner and in real life that guy would have died with a big smile on his face. I know I would. This is exactly how I want to go when the time comes.
