Yeah was surprised it was not too bad, only took an extra 40 minutes to get home (top of Soi Khao Noi) last year it took me nearly 4 hours.

Has the madness stopped now or is it going on all night again? Would like to go to town after being holed up in the house all day :annoyed:

Got off work and tried to head home today about 5:30 and Thap Phraya from the Hanuman statue onwards was knee deep in white goop and wet mayhem...took me a good hour to get through the crowds in the car trying to get home. Any one know if today is the last day, or is it on again tomorrow?

... is it on again tomorrow?

No. For the love of God, no.

Has the madness stopped now or is it going on all night again?

I expect it to be quieter along 2nd Rd by midnight. I'll be asleep by then though so wont be going out. Today is the last/worst day.

Arrived in Pattaya 6 p.m. and took the railway by-pass.

Followed the by-pass until after the junction with Khao Talo and headed for Sukhumvit.

On Sukhumvit took the first U-turn back to Pattaya.

Passed Thepprasit and took the back road to Soi Korpai.

Picked up the family on Soi Korpai and took the back road direction Sukhumvit;

turned right at the T-junction and took the 2nd Soi on the left.

Made it back home at 6:50 p.m........not bad at all.
