thaitot
We stayed there in 2008 it was run by a Frenchman. Fan rooms at 350 baht shared shower. It was across from the beach. It had raggae decor but more or less a small guesthouse in disrepair. It was worth the money and we did enjoy ourselves. That area is very nice but there are no people there to speak of. lots of chairs on the beach but none filled. Zero night life. It is not that far from Pattaya but is a dying ghost town. In the area there are Large concrete condo shells overgrown with weeds and it seems like there were once big plans that never happened. Yet this seems like prime beach front

Apparently the plans were in place and the construction had begun but then all the money went away.
