vuka Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 http://www.theindependent.co.zw/news/2005/...day16/3241.html It would be interesting to know the Thai background to this (and the possible role of Thaksinomics?) Can anyone help? I have seen general references to PB Air on this forum. It seems to be a popular new airline. There are a lot of posts on a Zimbabwean forum about the incompetence of Air Zim as there are frequent cancellations and long delays for want of fuel in Harare and payments for services at Gatwick, and about the influence of the Mugabe clan in the non-appreciation of the importance of marketing research, and whether it is still a safe airline. They probably still appoint technicians on their competence rather than politics.
Rinrada Posted October 2, 2005 Posted October 2, 2005 Currently Air Zimbabwe is charging $25 million for a return ticket to Beijing, $12 million for a return ticket to Dubai while Bangkok travellers will be expected to fork out $28,4 million for a return ticket. PB air =Singha Beer
