konjianghai
As far we know we have 1 condo in CR (Condotel) now there's new one building up. Are we heading the same way like CM? Do you think in future time, let said over 5-10 years many of these will pop-up like mushrooms? Good or bad? CR is growing for sure but at which direction? Their website. KimoMax
Not so sure how successful that new Condo will be. It is some distance from the city area, and public transportation is not the most modern in Chiang Rai. For the prices of the Condo's, many much larger houses are available for sale. Not the Condo lifestyle with swimming pool, but a condo in that area is kind of out of place, unless promoting it as an apartment complex for students at the nearby local University. Chiang Rai is growing becoming more modern. A new condo would be suitable for the downtown city area, not in the CR countryside. harrry
I notice most around 30 to 40 square metres. Most people here do not like to live in shoeboxes. Edited May 1, 2011 by harrry

svenivan
Very expensive shoe boxes !! If you use the promotion you will get this for free! Paul888
That's way better than a plasma TV and certainly more appealing than buying outside the promotion period where presumably there is no such wall.
lannachiangrai
Living in a shoe box obviously has some kind of appeal for there are quite a few foreigners currently living in Condotel. Maybe it really isn't the size that matters . . . Edited May 8, 2011 by lannachiangrai
