but all i hear is like a ringing without any menu.

can someone please help as we really need to get in touch with the bank.

can someone please call 2888-8888 and just see if they can get a menu so that i will know if kasikorn bank's phone sytem is down or not? thx

strange, we jsut tried calling a friend and that call gets through ok/

do u not get an automatic menu to choose from? do u have to wait with a ringing?

Just to give you some feedback on this

I just called the number for K bank call center using my Skype connection. I am in Rayong. Ringback two times and automated voice answered with a long winded Thai talk and at the end of that a voice said press star 9 for English. which I did.

So it seems to work ok from this end

just in case someone else ever searches about this, i waited for it to be nighttime in thailand and called and immediately got through. i dont know if the line was just busy when we were trying or if there was a technical problem. i had thought these things were just automated and that the line could never be busy. thx.
