Anyone with experience with shipping from UK to Thailand via Parcelforce / EMS? I have a package whose tracking status is "delivered" since two days and signed for (don't know who signed for it), yet it has not actually been delivered yet. The current location is listed as "delivery agent".

Hi i myself sent a letter to the UK via EMS/Parcelforce which was delivered 2 days ago.

The Parcelforve website has changed recently, before they used to show the signature but now they do not.

If it's any help then this is what comes up for my letter on the Parcelforce website.

Parcel Details

Parcel number: EC404515055GB

Service: Express 24

Status: Delivered

Delivered on: 2011-05-03

Delivered at: 13:40:00

If your recipient has indeed not received the package then i can only suggest that you give Parcelforce a call, sorry i can't be more help.

I regularly get post from Germany by UPS or DHL. It takes usually one or two days to arrive in Bangkok where it will be handed over to EMS. My tracking shows that the post has reached Bangkok and was delivered, --no further details expected--. From Bangkok to my place in the sticks it can take up to two weeks. I once asked the person who finally delivered the post to my house why it takes so long and why nobody call me (the mobile phone number is on the front label of the package) and she answered asking whether I didn't recognized that it was raining the last three days. In this manner there may be many delays on a letters way and it is not trackable inside Thailand. TIT

Thanks.

I now checked on the EMS thailand tracking (was checking before on parcelforce UK). Based on their tracking it is delivered successfully (at the destination city anyway) since 3 days. Still no sign of the package in the real world...

Thanks. I'll have the recipient call EMS to see what exactly is the situation.
