Rimmer Posted May 10, 2011 Share Posted May 10, 2011 14 year old boy drowns at Water Treatment Plant close to Pattaya SRI RACHA: -- A 14 year old boy drowned at a Water Treatment Plant in Sriracha District on Monday Afternoon. Police and Rescue Services were called to the Nong Kham Water Treatment Plant after the body of the boy was spotted in the center of one of the water tanks. The naked body of the boy was removed from the tank as his distraught father looked on and told us that Monday was his first day back at School and after an initial induction process; he was allowed to leave early.
