Include the tram car to the Peak and cable car to Buddha mountain in your itinerary.

It may sound odd, but on Kowloon side they have a YMCA that is outstanding and right next to the famous Oriental Hotel. Lots of shopping areas and food places in the area and you can walk to the place where the boats take you across to Hong Kong side.....and yes, take the cable car to the top on Hong Kong side.

Not Southeast Asia-related.
