I'm looking for a decent, reasonably priced condo (2bdrm) in the Jomtien area - preferably with sea view. What are places going for these days? Who's offering a good deal? Which condo developments are likely to maintain or increase standards and value in the next 10 years?

Does anyone know about "Jomtien Complex Condotel"? Value for money? Opinions?

Metro condo is nice, 2 bedroom places are usually advertised around 12 million, depends on the floor area.

You would probably get more responses if you asked this in the Pattaya section. You might want to try one of the Pattaya boards, there are three main ones.

Metro is probably the best in Jomtien, I'm sure you can find others cheaper.

There's probably about 50 estate agents websites that you could search through for a 2 br in Jomtien to give you an idea of the range of prices.

I'd be interested to know about condos that have been inhabited long enough to be free of their developers, a manager/company and committee installed, audits and AGMs to look over. Figure that way I'd know better what I was getting into.
