I have a need to transfer funds to overseas banks from thailand, as we buy products in China,

Which bank have the lowst cost of transfer ?

there is 2 fees

1, the transfer fee is commonly 3-400 thb, i found out, but then an additional cost is withdrawn from the reciever.

i need to figure out which bank can send the payments in full, with the lowest cost
