Can anyone advise me about antenatal (prenatal) classes at the Bangkok Pattaya hospital?

I've asked but getting no satisfactory answers.

Nipper's due in about 5 months

I'm also interested in pregnant exercise classes such as yoga if anyone can help?

I've emailed the hospital but I've still not got any specific advice just generalised adverts.
