I am tempted to steam out the cambodian visa's that take up so much space. I suppose that would be a bad idea?

Just get a new one from Hong Kong, easy enough to get. And turnaround time is quick.

Bad idea and am sure not allowed as suspect indicated in your passport someplace.

Tampering with your passport is illegal and you can end up in so much trouble.
