Anyone know any other transport other then TAXI that would go from Air-Port To Pattanagan Street?

You can take the Airport Rail Link (ARL) City Line to Ramkhamhaeng station. This station is pretty much right at the start of Pattankarn Road. You'll probably have to take a taxi from there to your final destination though.

I think you won't save alot of money this way, the airport link is expensive + the fact you will need a fresh taxi meter once you arrive. Considering the distance between airport to Pattanakarn, Taxi will be better. I will have a different suggestion if you stay Phaholyothin and beyond (towards the west?)

take the bell bus , from LHS , ground floor @ swampy .

that will take you to patty ,

where you transfer onto a mini bus , that will deliver you

to where you want to go in pattaya .

excellent value .

:jap:

Direct taxi would be better although if you haven't tried the airport link and you have limited baggage it's worth the ride...You would still need a taxi when you get there though... In fact any destination using the airport link requires you to get a cab at the station...And it's not recommended if you have huge suitcases...

No, you probably wouldn't save a ton of money, but you'd definitely save some - maybe 100 baht depending on whereabouts in Pattanakarn you want to get to. Not worth it to most people but the OP specified without using a taxi.

But you say the ARL is expensive??? It's about 35 baht from the airport to Ramkhamhaeng - how can you call that expensive? It is incredibly cheap!

Oh - Me Bad, I thought it's 100B++ for ARL

it's not gonna cost you more than THB 50 from airport to Huamark or Ramkhamhaeng station

Indeed excellent value for those going to Pattaya, which isn't where the OP wants to go.

The Airport Link will cost no more than 30 Baht to your desired station, so the total trip might be in the region of 100-150 Baht, you will save a bit, a taxi from the airport might be more convienient.
