Rimmer Posted May 19, 2011 Share Posted May 19, 2011 Two suspected necklace thieves caught by Traffic Police in East Pattaya PATTAYA: -- Traffic Police from Banglamung arrested two men, suspected of a necklace snatch on the Sukhumvit Road in front of Soi Kow Noi. The victim of the snatch, Khun Napat aged 38 managed to alert Police that she was following the two suspects after the theft and thanks to a team of Police and Police Volunteers, the two suspects, Khun Anon aged 21 and Khun Tawach aged 19 were arrested and caught in possession of the necklace worth around 17,000 Baht.
