What Online Qualifications Are There For Thais To Learn English

I have a feeling that this might be the wrong place to ask about this , However I hope some one else has come up against the same question.

Basicly i have a friend who speakes prety good english which out in supanburi is very good if you get my drift, so the local school i thought could realy do with someone to lend a hand to etc etc, So would it be possible for her to take some sort of online course which at the end she could go and take the exam on , I just though if the school was ever going to consider paying her for helping out then it would be better if she had a certifecate of some sort. I'm not talking about her becoming a Thai teacher over night just something.
