Me and my wife are looking for a small condo in Pattaya. We have been looking for a condo with the right location and price. Spanish place, looks like a good candidate.

But it’s easy to be tricked in Thailand, so I wonder if anybody has some information about this place, and the company running it.

My buddy owned one at Spanish Place on the top floor. The day he moved in the lift quit running and was not fixed for five months. He then tried to pay the balance but they were not able to transfer the ownershio because they did not actually have their own ownership documents.

He walked away and bought somewhere else.

Keep shopping and you'll find lots available.

Low end condo's.

Not such a good location as it sits on the main highway.

spanish place is a absolute shit hole , friend of mine stayed there and hated it , groups of lads hanging around at night , dogs everywhere he had put down a deposit and was that scared of going back at night he just walk away losing 100 k , you have to go up market

It seems like we have to find another condo then.

Does anybody have some suggestions?

The most important issue for us is that my wife can go outside the condo, without have to be afraid. It’s not so important that it’s close to the beach.

My wife is from Sri Rasha, just outside Pattaya, so i think this is the place to be.

why dont u try siracha then thers some nice places there and your still close to Pattaya

Have a look around View Tolay Jomtien , there stll low priced , good location and 5 mins walk to the sea ,. good luck and keep us posted
