Totally agree - it will be so nice to bring back the exiled one to continue his pillage of the Thai system. To murder, to extort, to lie to manipulate, to represent his own interests. cant wait to tell the next beggar on the street "Thaksin will take care of you now". Cant wait for the next promise to fix the traffic problem, to stop drugs, cant wait for him to pass further laws restricting the rights of foreigners living in thailand. Cant wait for Khun T's Police state to finally take the reigns. Cant wait for the fantastic brain of juthaporns ilk to have free reign over all. Pardons for red criminals - the official blaming of the army for the defence of the state during the red terrorism last year and the criminal murders which the red shirts perpetrated.

Tell me Jurgen what will you gain from him coming back to do these things? Do you have a wife/girlfriend from isan - because someone somewhere along the line has fed you the illogical line of hatred which you spew out on these pages!!

The problem with you is you don't pay attention.

Personally I don't really care much about Thaksin. But I really hate the PAD. Everything was fine before they started they hate campaign. And I really despise the democrats for not standing in front of them just because it was their short term interest.

Now you may say it's a bit selfish, it was fine for me but what about the other ?

First, for all my Thai friends and relatives, nothing has really improved since the coup, and most of them are democrats. Actually the past 5 years are almost the worst years in recent memory.

But for you. All your arguments against Thaksin are not your arguments, it's Sondhi's BS recycled. I juste want to know what, in your personal life, was so bad during Thaksin administration that you hate him so much. No BS about war on drug (unless you were un drug dealer ?), how Thaksin "pillage" of the Thai system (your own words) affected you so much in your daily life?

Who knows, I may change my mind ...

Notice How the Red Poo Thai crawl out the Thai Visa woodwork when they see something in the news they like, And of course a possibility (even if remote) to have thugs and criminals in a Cabinet would make them real happy.

Thank you very much for this post.

No information, nor argumentation, just insult and defamation.

That's also something that surprise me, the Thaksin bashers are among the most prolific posters in this forum, but, beside character assassination and the same arguments from the master of defamation they recycle over and over, they haven't much to say

Anywayy, you've really made my point, thanks again.

Maybe its good and gives the world some hope that some people just cannot stomach or accept, corruption, lies, murder and bribery. Heres to hoping they keep posting their dissatisfaction of those things - no matter how much the brain washed and bribed try to disuade them!!

Absolutely agree. The culminating point of Sondhi's hate campaign was the witch hunt on Facebook where PAD and democrats opponents were "outed". It really reminded us of the darkest hours of Europe or the USA.

There is a very beautiful poem that the democrat should read and read again when they will have a lot of free time in the opposition :

First they came for the communist., and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the trade unionist, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jew, and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

Bye bye democrats, you won't be missed.

Especially now that we have Yingluck cool.gif

Don't overwhelm Jurgen. He has Yingluck, his cheerleader of Thaksin's ladies group. Pubescent admiration is part of development.

Me thinks the writing is on the wall, democrats know it and what makes you think Thaksin isn't here already, say maby at Koh Chang, it's close to the border. It also has broadcasting capabilities and now even it's own TV Channel.

I guess there are so many undecided as the money hasn't reached them yet. I seem to remember an article a year or so back that found that Bangkok was the 2nd most likely place where people would sell their votes after Isaan.

An other "thinker" of the Thaksin basher brigade.

They are so smart that it is difficult to make any sense of their post.

TV should have a special place for them, a kind of thinkergarten ...

Information: I stay in Thailand over 20 years. My information about Thailand comes from International Press (The Guardian, Le Monde, Al Jaseera. Der Spiegel, Asia Times etc in three languages and from my experience in Thailand.

My personal experience? You wil never understand it. Take your information from International Press, if you cannot accept the postings of the the"thinkergarden", a group who has more information about Thailand than you ever will have. You love cheerleaders. Develop youself.

Obviously not in the south where around 80% vote for the Democrats.

With Ms. Yingluck on tour in the North-East 25-27 of May, k. Abhisit in Bangkok today, South on Friday and North-East on Saturday, I'm sure we'll get some nice new poll results. Most likely all contradicting each other. 39 more days, now that must be a lucky number :)

How do you know about K. Abhisit campaigning in the North-East on Saturday ? And when will he be on tour in the North, Chiang Mai etc. ?

I'd like to repeat my question because it got lost in some other threads already without any answers:

As K. Yingluck already had the chance to campaign in Chiang Mai and Bangkok without any interruptions and she will be on tour in the North-East the coming weekend, when is K. Abhisit due to campaign in the North and North-East ? Anybody knows ?

Everything was fine? I'm sorry, but if you think everything was fine before the PAD arrived on the scene, you either weren't here or you were, and your statement about not really caring much about Thaksin is a lie.

So anyone who thinks PTP will win the election is an uninformed fool or a deluded red fanatic? or a combination of the two.

Yes. Any party winning is highly unlikely in my opinion. And to win by a landslide.... well, for that to happen the country would have to suddenly become united in its belief, from having been completely disunited, as it is now. What indication is there that there is the remotest possibility of this happening? From where i stand, none.

What is your guess about the election outcome?

Similar to the last one. The two main parties will get something like around 35% of the vote each, and which of the two parties manages to form a coalition government will depend on whoever does the best horse-trading.

That's my guess. So what's yours?

Still a long way to go until july 3rd. Plenty of unexpected events could arise.

If PT win I expect the unexpected events will occur a couple of weeks after the result is declared. I wander if it will be judicial or armoured?

Either way, it will mean stuff the will of the people, you're getting the government we choose!

When the Dem's form a coalition government I expect a renewed UDD organised mayhem with interesting speeches and the occasional grenade for emphasis. IMHO of course

Sorry, ok, I should have say "At that time (before the PAD) my life in Thailand was fine"

And again, I should have said "At that time I didn't care much about Thaksin"

But as the saying goes, the enemy of my enemy ... biggrin.gif

But if the PTP win, the democrat will graciously admit defeat, the army respect the will of the people and the PAD organizes some religious gathering to wish good luck to the winners ?

In your honest opinion of course ...

A coalition government will be formed by coalition partners and not just the Democrats alone. These partner, the smaller parties, could also form a coalition government with the PT.

If these partners now have the choice between the two scenarios:

a) expect the unexpected events, it will be judicial or armoured.

b ) expect a renewed UDD organised mayhem with interesting speeches.

what will be their decision?

Apart from the PAD part, there is a distinct possibility. Small, very small, but that relates to your 'if PTP wins' which I interpret as gaining a majority in seats.

Personally I expect both PTP and Dem's to get 35 - 40% of seats. That's when the fun of coalition forming really starts ;)

That has been anticipated already and one of the reasons why Jatuporn is currently locked up.

The red mayhem would have been a gradual wind-up during the election campaign, but since their defeat on the streets of Bangkok last year not such an easy thing now to organise.

This is a long (too long election) but watch out for a break-out by the reds if things are not going their way with about 2 weeks to go. And what would that signal be? Thaksin's failure to agree a coalition majority ahead of the polls. Getting more votes than the Democrats is not enough (and vice-versa) They will of course try to go ballistic if coming first but the other side gets the majority.

It was more or less a rhetorical question kind of. and not especially and exclusively directed to you.

It is for anyone who might have some more ideas. Or could voice an opinion to some thoughts or could answer questions like why should the smaller parties form a coalition government together with the Democrats.

You don't have to say sorry if you cannot answer that.

I appreciate your reply and thanks for the advice I should ask "them".
