can anyone help me i had a 1 year non o visa have done for 9 years though work . i recently was involed in a accident and have ended up in hospital in which time my visa ran out my g/f had to get a letter from the dr and take pictures of me etc etc . she went to the immagration with all my evidence and they gave her a 60 day extension up untill july . which is fine but i still have a 90 day report card in my passport which says return on the 1/06/11 as i don't have the non 0 visa anymore do i still have to go to report ???????????? or can i just take the report card out .

The visa is not of importance, your permisison to stay is. You stay 90 days in the country, so you have to do your report again.
