You can give at any public hospital in thailand (For Bangkok , only RED CROSS ), the blood will be delivered for free to Sakon Nakorn public hospital. Hospital just need to know the name :

I'll close this one, but to all those who can or do donate blood, please start or continue, there can never be too much.

NOTE. There are restrictions on those who have been in the UK in the last decade of the 20th century (not sure of the exact years but a search here should find the info). Sadly the Thais are more scared of mad-cow disease (CJD) than of dying right now :(
